ATLUS has announced that Persona 5 Tactica is now officially available. You can get the game on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S , Steam and Windows PC. The game is also now available through Xbox Game Pass as well. The latest press release mentions that pre-order bonuses will still be available for select platforms until December 1st at 8 a.m. Pacific.
