Rare showed off an extended gameplay trailer for its upcoming game Sea of Thieves at the Microsoft E3 conference. The game is set to be a swashbuckling open world adventure. The trailer emphasized the co-op and PVP elements of the title, with players operating a ship and pillaging a cave for treasure. The game has the cartoonish charm one would expect from a Rare game, with imaginative worlds and lots of humor. The game is planned to be an Xbox One and Windows 10 exclusive, and set to release in early 2018. Additionally, the game will be enhanced on Xbox One X, with 4K UHD, and HDR support.
